They Make For Happy Shoppers

Do you know what else I love about magazines? They do my shopping for me.
259 pages and 1 carrot later, my shopping list is complete.

Festival clothes – Tick.

Birthday dress – Ain’t no thing!

And then there’s the must-have sporadic splurge.

Now I wasn’t always like this. In fact, I was a hater on those who used the scroll button in place of their legs. The repetitive cycle of ASOS parcels arriving in our office mail tray, whilst exciting, I struggled to support. Ask my work-buddies who I’ve watched return countless ill-fitting items, equipped with a giggle of course. I’ve always been a fan of the shopping experience – trying things on, seeking my girlfriend and shop assistant’s (whose form of flattery is guided by commission- nonetheless flattery) approval.

But here we are, a twenty-something year old, happily swinging in her chair letting Justine Cullen and her troops at SHOP do the hard yards for her. Kim clad, SHOP’s December issue has now pieced together my birthday dress with the perfect shoe – and I still have yet to leave my chair. I can also thank them for a new Guanabana statement necklace and one less contribution to my new-home saving fund.

SHOP December issue is on stands now – If your wardrobe is missing a little sparkle this month’s Ultimate Party Style Guide will have you hitting the shops with a shopping list in hand in no time!
